Refund Policy

Submit a request through our contact form using the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include your account email and the date of your purchase. That's it — we don't require a reason or a survey.

Any plan, monthly or annual, refunded for any reason within 7 days of the initial charge. The 7-day Operator free trial does not require a refund — you can simply cancel before it converts.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days. The funds typically appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

After the 7-day window we don't issue refunds, but you can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
