Terms of Service

Welcome to NicheCraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NicheCraft platform, website, and related services (the "Service") operated by NicheCraft ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or share credentials.

NicheCraft offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Starter, Operator, Agency). All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current paid period. Annual plans are billed once per year. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Operator plan includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel during the trial without being charged. After 7 days the plan automatically converts to a paid subscription.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk; (b) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (c) use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that processing.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including: Stripe (payment processing), Google Trends and Google Shopping accessed via SerpApi (market data), Reddit (community data), and AI model providers (analysis generation). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes to third-party services that affect the data we surface.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying methodology, is owned by NicheCraft and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

Reports, exports, and analyses you generate for your own niches may be used for your internal business decisions.

All analysis is generated by AI using real market data. Scores and recommendations are estimates and should not be treated as financial advice. Verify independently before making investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicheCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, but accrued obligations (e.g., outstanding fees) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
